Absolutely, we are happy to take any order on the phone or by email if that makes you feel more comfortable. For security reasons we don’t take payments over the phone though, but we will send you a payment link to your phone or email (whichever way you prefer) and you can pay it in your own time.

Most of our accessories collection is made to order , so we are hoping to get them to you between 4 to 6 weeks.

We always work hard to try to deliver as soon as possible but those are the delivery timeframes at the moment.

Veils timeframes are 2-3 weeks unless we have them in stock and we can send them out sooner. For rush orders always email to info@franrioslondon.com to update whether we can achieve your requirements before placing your order with us.

The whole collection is available unless stated otherwise but not everything is in stock. All the plain veils are normally in stock and can be with you within a week. Capes and the rest of accessories are Made to Order.

As we only make to order, we do not process refunds. If the conditions aren’t met, we can offer an exchange. This would require you contacting us at info@franrioslondon.com and returning the items within 14 days. They will need to be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. We will inspect them once received and process an exchange. The cost of postage for returning the item is not refundable (unless discussed and agreed by us beforehand).

We regret that we won’t be able to refund you the money from your order but If you return the item within 14 days, we will give you a credit note to spend with us within 6 months from your returned item’s date.

Don’t worry about it! Email us within 48 hours of your purchase at info@franrioslondon.com with your order info and we will get it sorted for you.

Yes, you can!. We will need the precise measurements you want the veil to be.

Please note that will be an extra charge of £30 in Plain Veils and £60 on Lace Trim edge ones.

… but need to find a veil. How do I know which one of your veils will be the right one for me?

Even if you have already found your dress and only need a veil from us, you are welcome to come to our studio and try on our veil collection with your dress. We will offer our expertise to help you choose the right veil, and you can make any changes to them or design your own unique veil with us.

Most of them can be done upon request depending on the colour and fabrics availability. If you have some particular colour in your mind, please, do not hesitate to contact us at info@franrioslondon.com we will be more than happy to assist you with that.
